We Provide a list of Exclusive caterers, bar services, and event planners along with a list of preferred vendors for all of your additional needs.
Client will have access to the Modern Cottage starting at 11:00 am. Additional hours may be purchased. Vendor access to the white space begins four hours prior to the event.
Rehearsal times will be scheduled thirty days prior to your event.
we partner with the town of Garner's Police department to provide security at our events.
we require all contracts to have a one million dollor liability insurance policy naming the venue as an insured party. The Policy is Due Sixty days prior to your event.
rental of the distillery consists of a twelve hour rental with all events ending by 11:00 pm.
